Palm Jumeirah is a man made Island which is one of Dubai's finest creations known as the Eighth wonder of the world. It is the shape of a palm and consists of a trunk, a crown with 17 fonds and a crescent Island surrounding it forming a water breaker.

Important for INSTALLATION.
1. copy the map image with bmp emfomato and paste it into the C :/ drivers can create a folder to save that for example C :/ DRIVER IN THE REGION NEW and ready.
2. plugin opened and we headed to regions, and create a folder called The palm Jumeira , or whatever you call it and paste the image bmp is called config.
3. Open SimCity 4, and look for the folder you created called The palm Jumeira , and wait for loading them. After a single click, anywhere map, as appears the box to give him to play, just to brown the gientes if keys are (Shift, Ctrl, Alt, R). We abrera a flute eg driver's window look for the folder c :/ call us to believe The palm Jumeira and we click, and only giving expected to finish and ready to mount the image
