Please read before you install
Important for INSTALLATION.
1. copy the map image with bmp emfomato and paste it into the C :/ drivers can create a folder to save that for example C :/ DRIVER IN THE REGION NEW and ready.
2. plugin opened and we headed to regions, and create a folder called Puerto Rico, or whatever you call it and paste the image bmp is called config.
3. Open SimCity 4, and look for the folder you created called Puerto Rico, and wait for loading them.
