instructions
select all the files in the folder you downloaded
copy them into your simcity4 plugins folder.
mydocuments/simcity4/plugins
then the Frogface HQ building has been installed
and play the game!

you may wonder why a couple of the files are called Frogface Air building instead of Frogface HQ.
thats because earlier on thats what i called it and halfway through making it i decided to
change names, dont worry i havent packed the wrong files
