if it's not growable then it's useless no? don't ploppable resident lots trap the sim inside???then never leave in their own little prison.....at least that is waht I am lead to believe based on forum posts.....

Very Nice. I'd like to see more modernist era buildings (50's, 60's stuff). The shorter commercial next door looks good too. You should post it (I don't recall seeing it in the game so I assume its one of your own).

Make it growable. This lot is very...UNIque. I love it.

how did you curve the road infront of the building???

GREAT building. - 10! I have downloaded it in to my doc. plugins folder, but I can't find it to plop when playing the game - even though the dat. file is in the plugin folder. Any suggestions? THANKS
