hmm...interesting...I think I like it

The perspective on this BAT is neat, makes it look tall and as if it's really coming out at you. I like it a lot!

I'm not digging the textures :/ the model is very nice though.

Most Asian batters commit one very basic mistake. Their earlier bats with lower level of difficulty weren't completely flawless, but reasonable quality with great potential. Then suddenly they feel like they can jump level of difficulty and present us something out of their abilities, and this is the best showcase of what went wrong.

I was initially very supportive of the Megabat team's residential efforts, but they did not make those available as functional. Now they give us this clearly and visually flawed effort, and you make this one functional??

I really don't understand the logic beind it. I want your earlier residential landmark efforts to become functional, because even if they are flawed, they look adequately R$ and R$$. Why would I want a wildly flawed R$$$ to grace my cities?

Maybe it's flaws that make it appealing? Not that they are something to strive for, but in asian BATs the flaws are something different, as those BATs are mostly different as well, at least from what is usually seen here. And since it's just a game, many of the flaws can easily be ignored or at least tolerated. Just a thought.
Other than that, great design on this building. It definitely is unique.

If you re-release this with better textures I will definitely download this. It's an amazing design.

Everything is there for an AMAZING BAT. It's got a great design, wonderful night lighting, and a gorgeous symmetry. Please release it with the high quality textures

Please re-release the earlier BATs as growable. Thanks for your hard work.
