Maybe it's flaws that make it appealing? Not that they are something to strive for, but in asian BATs the flaws are something different, as those BATs are mostly different as well, at least from what is usually seen here. And since it's just a game, many of the flaws can easily be ignored or at least tolerated. Just a thought. Other than that, great design on this building. It definitely is unique.

Great, that's what has been missing in SC4- commercial pencil towers!

@emperordaniel- Bishop 149 is right, the lot of the ploppable 4x4 regatta becomes broken if you plop something near it and then demolish it. A road-top bus station or a small plaza is enough. Happened to me 4 times out of 5 when i plopped it, and roe99 even admitted it himself. The original lot is 5x5, so that's why it happens. He also said there's a solution - plop another diagonal (4x4) regatta near the first one and then demolish both. This most likely means 1 tile away from it. Haven't tried it yet, but I hope it works.
