What's with the Little Brown Boxes :(

Where is the dependency or prop for the little brown box? There is a storage tank but in its place there is a brown box and I have virtually every dependency under the sun!

good, but it has a brown box, i installed bsc texture vol1 and vol3 and it still have it, can i have the link for the bsc texture version that this lot uses?

i have bsc texture pack vol 1 and it still have that brown box... and then i attempt to make a new one with this tower and without that texture on the corner, it works. but sadly theres no smokes/poluttion and not growable.
