I'm with you too SimHoTToDDy, why is this rated so low ether someone is jealous of good batters or they just do not know how to rate.

Everyone lesson up please rate better, it's more than just a looking at the pictures that are posted on STEX, and do not rate it do to the type of building that it is and the type of software it was exported from, if your doing that then you 100% wrong, rate on the quality of work that has been put it, like the modeling quality and the modding work, it makes me mad as heck to see low rating on good batters that are trying to come up, some of you guys are just wrong shame on you.

Back to commenting on the bat.

These are very impressive work. I always love residentials, I want all types of them. I just wish these were functional lots.
