ordinary building. The roof looks ok, the pool nice. But the whole lot seems a little sterile and lacking in detail. It seems to be begging for a fence or a border of some sort. I rate it a 6.

I agree with the others here, it needs a darker roof and some detailing. And i have never seen washed clothes hanging to dry outside a luxury building that seems to cost so-so 600.000 euro. If you afford that, You afford a thumble dryer... But it is a nice model, the lights are very well done.

I like the interior and decking, but I think it needs a fence of some sort.
