Tree MOD for NMAVE-4  1.0

About This File

As the new NAM and NWM bring us a lot of new things to play, I decided to make MODs for them to make those fantastic stuff even better. The MOD for NMAVE-4 (Narrow Medianless Avenue, 4 lanes) comes first because I want to replace some of my busy roads near my downtown with plenty of traffic riding over it every day. But I don't want to see them boring. That's why this came out.

This MOD adds benches, trashcans, phonetooths and seasonal trees to NMAVE-4. The rod has to be built beside any zoning or building except garbage dump to make those stuff come out.

I made only T21s for straight NMAVE-4.

Put the .dat file into the Network Widening Mod folder to make it work.

If you don't want to see trees growing in the middle of the road, please download the file with the exact name I have uploaded.

I have the Ave and the latest NAM mods but when that Ave intersects another road, the intersection does not show. It is not this mod, I had this problem before, need help.

There are also roads downtown with tress in the middle too..Sorry for the double-post

The photos you showed are different. There is a clear safety offset/clearance from the trunk of the tree to the traffic lanes of at least 1 m which I would guess is the minimum offset required. In this mod, there is no clearance, and hence it is unrealistic. There is just not enough room in NMAVE-4 for roadside-clutter in the SC4 scale.
