This is pretty good for a first upload!

However, since it contains a BAT model you made, it belongs to the STEX category "BAT". The category "Lot" is for, well, lots that use existing props made by Maxis and/or other uploaders, but no new BAT models. If a downoader is interested in new BATs only and consequently filters the STEX to display only BATs, then he will not see your upload. It's nothing dramatic, just something to keep in mind for the next time. Keep it up!

This actually turned out really nice! I like how the front is framed by those potted plants.

BTW this isn't my first upload! I have two uploads other than this i made a while back, both clock towers ! one is for the middle of a roundabout and the other is ment to go in with Pedmalls!

This is great i am downloading it, need stores like this small nice, just need a Ups Store with the Ups vans and a Dr.Pepper machine/ or factory, then be set 5/5 i love it alot.
