ya, I'd call this a pseudo-realistic lot

I first saw this and thought it was another bad maxis re-lot. It actually isn't half bad. 4/5 I think some will actually find this useful.

it would be nice if someone made it to have a slightly higher capacity than the maxis one (at an increaced cost of course). say maybe 50% more to each?

this is silly

I like this.  I usually plop grass, the small plaza or a pocket park beside my bus stops making them 1x2 anyway so this is useful for me.
