well you know what it s just to much trouble to see what i have done for real open the file with the reader and click on one of the exemplars files and you will see the population requirements every thing is a bit different then maxis it dose not go in order like it should but that is okay so i recommend you post the stage table by making a new thread in the forms or on here so go ahead and stat down loading

hey how come when i download this mod and use on a different city it wont work

Is it because your region is big enough to support the huge buildings check your regions population/jobs to see if it is big enough to allow and i just explained this is not total for the cities but for the regions.

so this will increase everything BUT put a strain on city services?
