About This File

the population on escape is exploding and we desperately need some people to design suitable living areas. so we are releasing even more areas for development.

the large population boom is largely due to space travel technology reaching a point where a spaceship costs the same as an early 2nd millenium car.

Map info:

Dry lakes: this region is an oddity as it is the only area within the stratos mountian range that has flat areas and it also isnt as hot, its as if it wants to be developed. anyhow the region has three dry lake bed that are flat and good for development, or filling with water and used as catchments, its your choice. this area is in the territory of South Africa. Summary: three flat areas godd for growth, one small, two big, otherwise its uselessly mountainous.

Granite mountain: this region is almost completely made of granite and a 3meter thick topsoil, this is due to the erosion simulators we ran in early production where everything but the granite was worn down. and rivers formed during the core incident when the granite was cracked formed canyons that filled with water. this region is in the boundaries of the united arab states.Summary: mostly smooth hills and thin rivers, with some mountains to the east.

Mt.Thalia:This region was a spire two hundred years ago until the spaceship Thalia lost control and ploughed into the side of it toppling the spire and killing 30000 crew and passengers, however due to recent demand we must now develope the area, or if you like you could build a giant memorial thingy. this area is in the territory of greater germany. Summary: very flat with small rivers funning through the landscape, also there is a mountain in the middle of the map.
