This is just a beta release, to allow non-BATers and the mainstream to have a test into my BAT.ZH Neo-Colonial Ranch home that will be part of a pack called ZH Neo-Classical Suburban House Collection. It will be released along with other BATs of the same style.
*NOTE* The R$$ 1x2 lot without the ZH_Colonial_Ranch suffix is corrupted, the foundation will not show.
*NOTE* This is just a beta release
*Note* Just delete the folder that doesn't have the ZH Colonial Ranch suffix.
*NOTE* To mods, once I release the ZH Neo-Classical Suburban House Collection, please lock this file.
