About This File
Located in the abandoned city of Pripiat, Ukraine, these 16 story apartment buildings remain the tallest structures in the area. There were several built in the city including a few with special May Day decorations.
This is an update to my very first upload to the STEX. I changed almost every texture to match my more contemporary Pripiat models, the textures are generally improved in quality and fit the game better, the model has been made more accurate with respect to the real buildings, and the inaccuracies have been removed. The lot has also been updated to fit with the rest of Glenni's wonderful lots that he made for this series.
You may use the origional version at the same time as this.

This upload includes:
2 models, one with the crest, and one without.
2 5x3 growable corner lots, one with the crest and one without.
2 4x2 growable corner lots, one with the crest and one without.
For those who want a plopable, one may use "buildinplop" on a pre-developed residential zone (or series of zones that add up to) of the same size. Failure to follow that rule will result in abandonment.
Installation:
Unzip the folder in the download and place directly into the Plugins folder. If you do not want a particular version, simply remove the corresponding files from your plugins. If you want to keep the model file, you may remove the lots for the corresponding model and that building will not grow.
