Here I have another map, but this one is much larger at 8x8 large cities.
With this map i took a flat image of the Cape Horn and used sc4terraformer to create a new world
I'm rather happy with the results

SC4Terraformer: Open a random region. Under the file menu select 'Create A Region'. Select a region name, then select the .SC4M file in the .zip folder.
SC4Mapper: Open the program then go to 'Create A Region' and do the same thing as above.
