This mod will update all .SC4Desc files and some of the .SC4Lot files in Bixel's Pencil Tower Pack Ultimate for use with Jigsaw's "J-SPEC" 2010 Modern Tilesets.  All pencil towers in the pack are now in the "Modern Eastern" tileset/building style.  I figured people who use the tileset mod would rather not do all that manual editing, so I'll save them that effort.  I'm not sure if this kind of upload requires permission from the original creator, but nevertheless I have obtained permission from Bixel to upload it.
