Sometimes I like to build a city and leave the "Building Style Control" set at Chicago 1890 and New York 1940. When I plunk down a hospital, it doesn't fit the style of the rest of the buildings. So, I batted an old style hospital and Clinic. It fits in a little better.
You know the routine, Unzip, drop file folder Hospital_Clinic_1.1 into your plugins folder. No Dependances.
