NYBT Presents- Federal Hall
Now the once first official NYBT upload is back on the STEX.
Federal Hall is an old building located in the Financial District of New York City, right next to 40 Wall Street, or the Trump Building. The site(not the building itself) is famous for a few events like when George Washington was frist swore in to be President. I believe this building once housed a Federal Reserve Bank
branch once too.
Credits to Google Earth Modeler Mason Thrall for the basic shape(Hanson784 emailed me the file to finish it up) of the building(details and most of the textures were by me) and other Google Earth Modeler Anonymous(actual username from what I remember) for the 3d George Washington Statue that I re-textured and resized.
There are no dependencies for this file. It does not grow, its just a regular landmark without jobs.
LM Lot size- 2x4.
This was one of my early modeling attempts so it's probably not the best in textures or lighting...oh well
