i have to say, a very well thought out and executed re-lot, you got the textures and the placement right. and you have got a good size. One of the best re-lots i have ever seen, bar one or two cars/ trees. Have you considered custom content creation?

not a huge fan of re-lots....but damn why didn't i think of that?

Good to see you again improved your lot nitro! I like how your parking lot is now enabled to the other road part. It's also nice to see that you placed some fences around the lot, but how do people get in? IOW. I think there should be a gap in the fences ;p There also seems to be something wrong with the lot foundation, but that might be just me.. Besides that i think you did a pretty good job, and i still like the idea of a small water purification plant.

Yes, it has a little issue with the bottom of the lot, but if you place it on level ground, works like a charm! Congrats!
