Thanks for posting the costs, but you have a slight pic problem.

I think the filenames of your pictures are too long. If you go into the image properties, you'll see that the last word was cut off.

Nice HSBC, I'm amazed.

I like it. But maybe the separation between the base and the building could be better (well I haven't seen the actual building so maybe its correct...) I give it a 8/10... And A last thing... Could you make a growable version of this building... I'll download it if you make a growable version...

What's the size of the lot? 3x3 or 4x4? Perhaps putting some landscaping would better justice. And I agree with the others...I'd love to have this in the growable version.

I'm downloading this right now. I think that far too many buildings are being given space around their bases. I want this one as is. Not every building is set in a park. Some really do grow straight up from the pavement.

And with an excellent first lot, EmergentFungus comes crashing into the BATters league... 10

I personally don't think there's anything special about the original structure, but your lot is very well rendered and it's showing perfectly in game. So it's a 10. Looking fwd to see other buildings good auld Britannia has to offer.
