Located in Seattle Washington the Space Needle was built for the 1962 Worlds Fair as a center peice. Standing at 184 meters it has become Seattles identifying landmark and one of the worlds most beautiful pieces of architecture.

A huge thanks to Rubik for the night lighting and help ansewering alot of my questions. Also thanks to other simtrop members for ansewering questions.

I seem to recall the top of the Space Needle being a blue tone, not a yellow. I can easily access the Queen Ann tower camera on a news website which has an excellent view of the Space Needle and sometimes downtown Seattle. If you want, I can provide the link to a Q.A. tower photo of the needle.

The Space Needle! YAY! As a 12 year old Australian tourist visiting Seattle for the first (and so far ONLY) eime, I, of course, dragged Mum and Dad off to see it. Dad loved the building, and Mum loved the view. Now generations of my sim-families can do the same thing! I was always dissapointed that Maxis never bothered to put the Space Needle in their landmarks menu. Good work, Joerg!

I love the Space Needle is most neatest thing to see in Seattle it allways looks festive at Christmas and at New Years It Rings in the new Year with an awsome fire works display!!! It deserves a 10 out of 10 !!!

to exodus: it's infinitely better than how maxis would make it. Why? BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T MAKE IT!!! to joerg: Thank you for giving the most underrated city in the world some recognition and attention. 10+ go seattle!
