Here is another Euro W2W. This one could have been built between the 1920's and the 1960's.  

 

Stats: 

R$$ - 76 residents

Lot size: 1x2

Medium density residential zone

Euro tileset

 

No external dependencies

 

Installation: unzip the download and copy all 3 files it contains into your plugin folder

Similar architecture, but no, that's definately not the same, thanks ALJ, it's nice to have some simpler w2w like this, and not just fancy old ones all the time.

Is the vine on the back 3D? or is it just textured on? Anyways, this is much better than maxis lots, so I think this deserves a good rating. Thanks so much!

It's texture on a cylinder. (And it's supposed to be ivy.) Thanks for the comment.

Design is excellent. However, the white window panes with the yellow siding seems like it needs some texture work. But, then again, I'm not from Europe, so it may look correct to you. 4/5
