This is a lot that looks like a typical Maxis house....but is it?
No, it's not. It's a school designed to blend in with your suburban communities or rural hamlets. Usually in suburbs, you have to put so many schools in your area that it looks slightly unrealistic. This school is designed to take care of the unrealistic AND the number of schools problem.
It is modded as an an elementary school, but has some slight benefits as other school types. Not enough to get by without the others, but noticeable. To balance this out, it has some drawbacks, like monthly cost and plop cost being slightly higher.
There is one dependency. You need the Buildings As Props mod from the Maxis SC4 site. Or else, a purple box will shwo up.
Also, if you don't have the SFBT Maxis Tree Converter mod thingy, the tree will instead be a Maxis oak tree. If I'm wrong, it's just a tree. This lot was supposed to blend in anyway. Who cares.
