Just extract them into your plugins folder and plop them during gameplay.
I have a list of wat these do:
(Park)The megcollider Monument:...........well, ya know, its....a monument that i just made up.
(Park)Garage: Doesn't really do anything...but it has a nice design.
(Park)Glasses:....I just made it for fun.
(power)Mysterious Glasses:supplies your city with 100,000 Volts of power but possibility of blowing up.
