Very nice although I find the HVAC unit on the rooftop a bit imposing and detracts from the overall look of the building. Perhaps reduce the size or eliminate it altogether.

just me forcing my opinion, but it wouldn't hurt to put a bit more into your descriptions eh? good work anyway.

I gave this a five a little prematurely as I enjoy the simple design. Some minus points for a lack of an entrance (or at least in the picture.) The lower part looks like a Finnish Bike Cellar where the "windows" are thick cubes of glass (don't know the proper term).
