If it had so much jobs, wouldn't it kill demand for commerical, almost like the Wal-Mar effect.

I like commercial offices, it is great but it is growth 8.

hey i have that building in my city its not a mod it grew up on its own :D

i think i wanna use on for a landmark...................or for a commerical zone.....................
