Hello, I'm Josh6 and I've been receiving many requests to upload the lots I use in my airports I post on the forums.
These lots are 747s created by Tabinohito that I have lotted and ACB 747’s I have re-lotted with a different base texture to better match the other lots I have uploaded.

Pretty much, just download anything on STEX that has the word airport in it.
Unzip (extract) the .ZIP file into your "My Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins" folder.
They show up in your Parks And Rec menu
