About This File

Well I decided to bring back the spaceship BATing back to the STEX since over years from the Japanense players!  Since this is made for anyone to play around, don't rate bad if this wasn't like a ready made product for SC4.

Notes

-You might need to download the greeble plugin for this.

-You will need 3dsmax 2010 (I don't know if this works for other versions of 3dsmax.)

-You might need BAT4MAX for this.

Links:

max.klanky.com/  This is for the greeble plugin.

www.simtropolis.com/STEX/details.cfm  For BAT4MAX by SimFox.

Enjoy!

P.S.  Look for a SC4 version of this, it might come.

Wow.. I don't expect much thank yous for Sci-Fi stuff due to SimMars. (Well some of my stuff is in it, so it will show in the credits.) Back to the point, this is only for 3dsmax 2010. If you have it, then you can render it with BAT4MAX.

I don't care much for Sci-Fi models, but ouffff....this looks big and probably was a lot of work. Somehow looks good though. What kind of a computer does it need to render.......lol

Yes, you will need 3dsmax2010 to use this. Yes, you will need bat4max to export this, unless you export it as a 3ds and then import it in gmax. In retrospect, that last bit might have been better as not many people even have 3dsmax. Also, the bitmaps were not included, and do you mind linking to the Greeble plugin? I might be interested in that.

@SimHoTToDDy... search in BAT-open discussion... there was a thread about useful plugs... or maybe I posted it in the Sci-fi city project thread... I don't remember but there's already a link

I figured it might be in there, but for the sake of a good description it should be listed. Wouldn't want to forget to link dependencies, yes?

I'll update the description soon. First of all, how do I include bitmaps in this? @Miggoycor: I said in the description that is wasn't meant for a ready made SC4 product. This was to get people an idea on how to make spaceships. @SimHottodooy: I'll put the greeble link right now.

A UDI spaceship isn't possible since I don't know how to do that. Plus, I don't have SC4 installed anymore, so I let others do that themselves as along they give credit to me.
