Don't want to be rude, but lotting is more than putting random default props on a big lot.

That airporttower just doesn't fit there, nor does that Casino statue. I don't know many mayors that have an helicopter either.......

Lack of realism really kills your upload's rating, and lack of any effort for using only Maxis lots is an overkill on your upload's rating. 1/5 for lack of effort.

Does look good......but if you remove the airport tower, and the casino sign, then add some things in back(E.G:Pool, pation,etc), then I think it will look good. 3/5

It is not very logical for a golf green to be so near a road. If the mayor is no good at golf, most of the balls will be sailing through people's car windows!

Wow, really these people are so uptight. This is a decent relot, a nice sculpture, a single golf green. Oh no, near a road in the picture? It's your own city, place it else wear besides judging it from the picture. This is actually a pretty decent relot . Keep improving on it, and don't listen to most of these jokers. They have a hard time building their own cities as is.

Okay the golf course is nice, the helicopter is nice, but the statue needs to go. Not to be rude but it would have been better to put the fountain where the statue was, and delete the statue and helicopter tower, then i would have downloaded. Good try.

I would have to disagree. Unless you said "but modding is more than..." then I would have to agree.

The ONLY suggestion I have, is to place another building on the long open side on the right of the house. HELICOPTER PAD=GREAT IDEA Adding helicopter to it from the army base, would be 5 stars instead of 4.
