This is a set of 5 maps. Extract to your regions folder, start the game, find the region of your choice, load it, then hold ctrl+shit+alt+r - find the region folder you just loaded and then click on the only file you see, the file name will be the same as the region you just chose.
Tested on Rush-Hour, less then 2 minutes to load on an old AMD 64 2.0 machine.
