1 years ago, I saw this Cadillac ONE in the news. and made it, recently some fix.
This mod contain 2 files.
One add Obamobile at $$$ sim's driveable vehicle.
Other replace the default Maxis major Limousine.
each file is independent and compatible with each other.
Recommend choose Both.
simply unzip the file, and 'NK' forder put into your Plugins folder.
