Looking good buddy! The scale seems a little short, but overall its a wonderfully plain building. Good work.

That could easily pass as an early-70s classroom building at any American university.

Nice. But make it into a growable. More people favor growables than ploppabes. Its could use more roofjunk for sure. I give it a 4/5

Looks nice, but it looks more like a building built in the 60's in Queens.

I'm liking these new buildings you're BATing. They're so nitty gritty and wall2wall is always nice. My only suggestion would be to add some randomness to the textures, and don't be afraid to add detail! The more the merrier. :)

this would be a cool hospital for my slums. i wish it was a growable R$ with like 800 people.Great job 4/5 jut cuz not wont grow or serve any purpose besides eyecandy.
