This also appears to be a rendered region, and so my last comment for your other map applies here as well.

the guys running the page should add a clear advise right at the startpage (perhaps where the omnibus-add currently is) announcing not to upload any rendered cities or a very prominent link to the upload-rules to finally cope with this recent inflation of irregular files

try using photoshop to make a .png file instead

Sorry new to the site Thanks for the tips though I'll try reloading it I have the .png file I did'nt know about not being able to upload the whole region. Thanks. I'll be trying to make some more maps soon from various video games and Animes if you have any requests put them up on here I might be running slow now though because college classes start next week. - Jchampion2
