Anyone who is anyone in SimCity elite stays at the Shmails Arms. For years, this upscale, city hotel has been the center of rumor, scandal, and intrigue. You never know who will be staying here, and under what name they will register.
This is a CS$$ building with 115 jobs. It is a 5x5 lot.
Plop Cost: $4000, Bulldoze: $400, no maintenence.
