This is nothing major, just a runway lot for for RMIP-2 that spawns the larger aircraft (707s and 767s) instead of the smaller planes that the RMIP-2 lots gave you. It appears near the bottom of the parks menu, unfortunately lacking a custom menu icon or name because I can't figure out how to do that.
