About This File

Finally! My first Lot!

The Elevated Freight Station!

I have been requesting this for months and I am not a good BATter. 8.gif

So, if no one will make a nicer one, here's mine.

Needs the following dependencies:

For the crane. It won't look right without it.

BSC MEGA Props Gascooker Vol01.dat

For the platform. Don't bother downloading this lot if you don't download Bripizza's Platform:

For the office: Maxis props and building props.

Again, don't bother downloading this if you don't have Elevated Heavy Rail (Viaducts) incuded in the NAM.

Maybe when I'm good enough, I could make a real BAT for this lot.

i like this idea! although you're right miggoycor that it needs some additional zazz. i haven't used any crane props before so i'm unsure what they look like. if you're looking to make it more realistic, you may need to BAT a taller crane prop (or at least a base for gascooker's). a crane atop a small building looks funny to me. you should start a thread in the forums to motivate others to add on to this.

haha this is a great idea. Not sure if its ever been done in RL but i must give you credit for creativity. It doesn't look bad either! Just one tip. Don't repeat the billboard next to itself. Good work 4/5.

Very great idea.NYC used to have elevated freight rail back in the 1920s and so on.

Great Idea. And good attempt for lotting. To make it more realistic you shold have made more room on strret level for cargo containers. And as others mentioned a crane on top of a building is not realistic. When you get better at batting you should try to make a taller crane.

yeah I'm not sure if I would find a use for this or not but nonetheless it's innovative... nice work, 4/5! :)

Doesn't look right with the billboards... Nonetheless, it's bloody luxurious. Downloading, simply because there aren't any other freight stations for Heavy El Rail. Well, this fits in to industry well anyway.
