You Need the Pond Kit to have all the textures. The lake is not ful included, so you have got the possibility to make it as large as you want.;->

Does it replace the origional mayor's house?

Did anyone actually download this lot and look at it before making comments?? Kanuspur there is no building in the download, you're DAT has no lot propeties. It needs to be updated. From your pic it looks like a great lot. Now fix it.

i am sorry for not putting in the buliding. As HighRiser said, it is my first lot. I used the EasyTweaker for editing it, and saved as an .dat. file. Maybe it was going something wrong with it. Hope it will work now. Sorry Sorry and Sorry ;->
