Nice building, but you shounld have placed the original fountain in front of the building insted of maxis plazas. But it looks very authentic, you surely put much effort in it so I give you a 4/5 for this.

Very big improvement with your first BAT, Maybe some improvement with nightlights. Why don't you create your BAT thread. Lot of people can help you! Anyway, I like it a lot!
