Whether you are complaining about the these constant bear attacks or the worst traffic jam in history, the Springfield City Hall makes a great forum for you to assemble a torch-bearing, angry mob to speak your voice, so long as you phone ahead your appointment.
The Town Hall costs 8,500 simoleons to build, though it's built of mostly breadsticks, paint and shellac. There is a monthly kickback of $120 to make sure no "accidents" happen to the hallowed halls. People are reassured by the presence of intelligent governance, so it has a soothing and placating landmark effect and a high mayor rating effect over the whole area of a medium city. So build the Town Hall today and read the motto aloud: "Corruptus in Extremis!"
