Bullet Train Texture 1 (500în)

 

This one of two texture sets for the train of the Bullet Train Mod (BTM) / Shinkansen Mod Created by APTX. It will reskin the default monorail into a bullet train (500în). It will work for BTM version 1 or 2. However, the BTM is not a core dependency as this texture will both work for the High Speed Rail (HSR) mod and the standard monorail network.

 

This bullet train texture resembles some of the more modern bullet trains, and has a very unique aerodynamic design to reduce friction and increase speed. You can only have one bullet train texture installed at a time.

 

Extract all the files included to your SC4 Plugins folder. For windows users that’s “my documents/SimCity 4/plugins”. This mod will also work for Mac and other operating systems.

 

Dependencies: None, but highly recommended for use with BTM version 1 or 2.

please! can someone help me! when i try to download the file, an error pops up code 404. it wont let me download! i have been waiting for this for ages! please help!

Well done for uploading this Hal. It is a great addition to the STEX. APTX did a wonderful job on it, but you rally opened it out to the community

It was stated in both the description and the FAQ that you can only have one train texture installed at a time. You will have to choose between this train and the other.
