No worky. In region view, it shows you'll start out with uber moolah, but once you're in the city, you get the default amount.

I have the SC 4 Dulexe Edition, and tried this program using vista windows. I didnt work for mine either.

Corfirmado, NO funciona en Simcity 4 Edicion de Lujo Yo uso Windows XP Profesional. (Confirmed, doesn't work on SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition; I use Windows XP Professional)

There's a new mod like this, and it works! It's called Simoleon RH. It gives you 100 mil for easy, 25 mil for medium, and 1 mil for hard.
