Make Your Own Welcome Sign!
Back when I uploaded my Las Vegas welcome sign https://www.simtropolis.com/STEX/details.cfm?id=13664 many people requested their own version with the name of their city.
Instead of flooding the STEX i'm uploading the GMAX scene of the model along with it's textures. All you have to do is edit the place name, which is modifiable text in GMAX, render, lot and... Voila! your own Vegas styled welcome sign!
If you intend to use the model I've provided, please acknowledge me where possible.
