For all downloaders who have the original plopable lots. Please delete the My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins\un1\Port Pieces folder, as they contain the old files, which wont be delete when the new ones are installed.
If you are wondering, the difference is that this version has growables, custom icons and better descriptions on the plopables.
Are you tired of having extra spaces in your port, and you don't want to fill them in with Industrial zoning?
These are right for you. What they are, is lots that look like they are industrial, but they truly aren't. Another thing is they have no jobs so they are non road dependant.
Now including a growable version! They are Stage 1 IM so they will grow on all industrial zones except for agriculture.
