I've used this a lot and it's really great. I do think that EQ boost should be a bit lower than a regular elementary, though, based on the experiences of my friends who teach in portable-choked Los Angeles schools.

It would've been nice if you could have made the portables split. I haven't ever seen a school with 3 super long portables before. Also, I would suggest making the school 3x3 instead of 3x2, because in real schools that get portables, they expand the lot size, leaving at least some of the playground intact.

i live in Ohio USA and my town Elementary School has the trailers and i think it's sad that they haven't built a new school and this bat looks cool
