Roof texture could use some work, but not bad other wise. You should open a BAT thread so people can catch things like that before you upload them. Anyway, great work.

Thanks for this great offering for the SimCity4 players. I'm new in Batting too and like very much your work. Like you I have been warned for the textures works too, try to not tile them very much and everything will be well. You are a very promising BATter, keep improving I will give you a 8. The next will be 9 for sure. Excellent work.

Not bad at all for a first, but like SimHoTToDDy said, the roof texture is in need of amelioration.

The architecture is excellently nice! and i also read its your first BAT, so that makes it double. Great work! 9/10 About the roof texture, try using larger 800X600 images, or bigger ones, to avoid the 'repeating patterns'.
