Description:
This mod is designed to add loading texts to the already wacky loading text in SimCity 4. The original file was made by the SimMars team, and was modified for SimCity 4. It adds 119 Loading texts to the game.
Usage: Not applicable.
Installation:
Please unzip the archive to your plugins folder. Thats it.
