REWORKED and REMASTERED - I bring you England's most zany 'house'. It was originally built in 1923 to function as the water tower for the holiday village of Thorpeness, and disguised as a house to avoid the eyesore. Then in 1977 the town was connected to mains water supply and the 'House In The Clouds' was converted to actual living space, which tourists can stay in.
For this improved version, the model has been re-scaled, along with better textures and improved nightlights. What's more is a much more accurate recreation (window placement, and the minor fact that there are two chimneys!).
You can plop this in your own regions either as a landmark or a functional water tower - ideal for attracting tourists to your small towns, or supplying water to rural areas. I have not included a residential version this time, because you wouldn't want more than one of these to grow!
Both versions sit on a 2x2 lot. Both lots look the same. There is just one dependency, which is the BSC Dirt Track Texture Pack - without this the lot will look slightly incomplete. Now without further ado, here are the stats:
