Obelisk Plaza 1.0

Looks pretty cool. I just think it could use a bit more colour, like maybe a little grass, as it does look a bit bland.

Needs a lot more work, like TEXTURES! You can tell it needs more, since it isn't that pretty in-game... 3

I think this looks nice, if placed in the right scenery, like a very modern, concrete city center, or somewhere where you don't see much nature. For those kinds of places, this would be a nice looking plaza.
